Morad Fareed

Founder & CEO

Polymath. Category Creator. Former Professional Footballer.

Discovering invisible markets to solve the world's most complex challenges.

Morad Fareed is a category creator, inventor, entrepreneur, and former professional footballer whose work has focused on discovering invisible markets and creating entirely new global categories that improve human health.

Over the past two decades, Morad has pioneered three global categories. He helped pioneer the Healthy Buildings category, co-creating the WELL Building Standard, which today serves more than 85 million people across 140 countries and helped create the $500 billion global Healthy Buildings category. Before WELL, he helped pioneer the emerging Green Hotels category while at Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Today, Morad is pioneering Fandom Health as founder of MASS™ and FC Mother—transforming football and gaming fandom into a new global longevity platform capable of mobilizing healthier behaviors at unprecedented scale. Through its innovative fan-powered model, MASS has achieved new longevity impact records, with results published in the peer-reviewed journal Early Childhood Matters.

Inspired by his own mother, Morad founded the first Harvard Maternal Longevity Lab at the Vatican under the papacy of Pope Francis and the WELL Living Lab at the Mayo Clinic, inventing the science of how our environments shape human health.

A former professional footballer for the Palestine National Football Team, Morad became the first professional athlete to receive the Edison Award for scientific invention. His work has been featured in documentaries including Goal Dreams, Nike Soccer NYC, the BBC's Frontline Football, TRT's Mothers of Football, and the forthcoming Amazon Prime "Futurist" series.

What began in his dorm room in 1983 has grown into a national enterprise serving 60,000 families, earning Omani induction into the inaugural Barron's Hall of Fame and recognition as a New York Times bestselling author, award-winning founder, and trusted voice in purpose-driven leadership. Alongside his wife Jeanie, Omani leads Momentis, their family office dedicated to values-aligned investing, and founded Omya — a global ecosystem for conscious leaders committed to healing humanity and with a mission to mobilize $1 Trillion in conscious capital over the next 20 years. Together, they have advanced transformative initiatives in mental health, hunger, clean water, and end-of-life dignity, reinforcing Omani's mission "to do the greatest amount of good for the greatest number of people." His work across philanthropy, personal development, and conscious capitalism has positioned him as a catalyst for individuals and organizations seeking to live abundantly and lead with intention. Omani's partnership with FC Mother is rooted in deep friendship, shared purpose, and a belief that humanity's greatest transformations happen when community, capital, and mission align. FC Mother was co-founded and incubated at the Omya Ranch in Omaha in 2022, where Omani and founder Morad Fareed combined conscious capital, maternal health science, and the power of football into a global movement. Through their joint venture, Omya and FC Mother have a landmark goal of channeling $1 billion into maternal health by 2030 — advancing a generational legacy of healing for mothers and families worldwide.

Susan Flores
Partner, Football

Susan Flores

Susan Dorrell Flores is a former professional footballer and the proud mother of three footballers—Silvana, Marcelo, and Tatiana Flores—who have each carried forward her legacy of excellence, discipline, and love for the game. Born and raised in Canada to British parents, Susan forged her own path through football at a time when opportunities for women in the sport were limited. Her career as a midfielder was built on grit, intelligence, and leadership—qualities she would later instill in her children as they rose through elite academies and national teams. Beyond her achievements on the pitch, Susan's greatest influence has been as a mother and mentor. With decades of experience navigating the world of youth and professional football, she has guided her children through international tournaments, club transitions, cultural shifts, and the unique pressures of high-performance sport. Her home became both a training ground and a sanctuary—a place where football dreams were shaped through love, resilience, and unwavering belief. Her children often credit her with the grounding values, mental strength, and work ethic that have propelled their careers. Today, Susan brings that same passion and leadership to Fandom Health as a member of the Mothers' Council of Monterrey. In this role, she helps elevate the voices, needs, and experiences of mothers in football — championing FC Mother's mission to transform fandom into a global support network for mothers.
